Delivery

• All our pieces are hand made to order. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks until dispatch. If time is more pressing please contact us at mail@lukascaspar.com and we will do everything we can to help.

• Shipping inside the UK is free of charge. The pieces will be sent via Royal Mail or a special courier service depending on the value of the freight. Delivery will take aproximately 1-2 working days.

​

• Shipping to EU countries is free of charge. The pieces will be sent via Royal Mail or a special courier service depending on the value of the freight. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days.

​

• For Shipping outside the EU we will charge a fee of £20 per shipment. The pieces will be sent via Royal Mail or a special courier service depending on the value of the freight. Delivery can take up to 12 working days. Any customs, taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

​

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days provided the piece is still unworn and in its original packaging.

​

• Please note that we cannot offer a refund for specially commissioned and/or personalised jewellery pieces.

​

• We are happy to offer repair or replacement of any pieces that have manufacturing faults which were present on the delivery of the piece. This does not apply to faults that are a result of the piece being worn or cleaned or manipulated in any other way by the customer.

• When sending back items we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method as we cannot take any responsibility for the transit.
